As a Senior Research Manager at MMR Research, I lead strategic consumer and sensory research projects for some of the world’s most iconic FMCG brands. My role involves guiding clients through the full research journey—from initial briefing and methodology design to data analysis and impactful storytelling. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure insights are not only robust but also actionable, helping brands innovate with confidence and connect emotionally with consumers.

My journey into consumer and sensory research began with a strong academic foundation in Nutrition and Health and a Master’s in Sensory Science from Wageningen University. Early roles at AB InBev and MMR’s sensory panel gave me hands-on experience in understanding how people perceive and interact with products. Over the years, I’ve grown through various roles at MMR—from Sensory Panel Leader to Research Executive and now Senior Research Manager—driven by curiosity, a love for food and people, and a passion for turning data into stories that matter.
